Introducing our all new XC Ski Trainer. Designed for home training, this easy to use strength and conditioning tool, helps you prepare for the Cross-country skiing season. Strengthen your muscles, practice technique and boost your cardio for when the snow finally arrives or simply use as a warm up before you go out for a Cross-Country skiing session.
The Ski trainer has two door stops, simply fasten the product in the door or around a hook in the wall and then grip the handles to get started. The movement should be as shown on the sketch. The Ski trainer mimics the cross-country movement and makes it possible for your to get in all of these miles needed to prepare for the cross-country ski season.
